Scalloped Pineapple
Ingredients:
| 2 sticks margarine or butter, melted |
| 2 cups sugar |
| 4 eggs |
| 1/2 cup milk |
| 1 cup cubed bread |
| 20oz. can pineapple, undrained (can use tidbits or crushed or a combination) |
Cream first three ingredients together. Add final three ingredients. Bake in a 9x13" pan or large Corning ware skillet at 350 degrees for 30 minutes covered and 30 minutes uncovered
