Reta's Chocolate Crinkles

Makes 6 dozen

 

 

Ingredients:  

½  c. cooking oil      4 sq. chocolate
2 c. sugar      4 eggs
2 tsp vanilla       2 cups plain flour
2 tsp baking powder        ½ tsp. Salt

 

 

Directions:  

Combine oil, chocolate & sugar.  Add eggs one at a time.  Add other ingredients.  Chill several hours or overnight.  Roll into walnut sized balls, then roll in powdered sugar (about 1 cup) & space on slightly greased cookie sheet about 2 in. apart.

Bake at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.  Do not over bake!  The batter can be stored in the refrigerator and pinched off as needed.
