Gail's Banana Nut Bread
Ingredients:

c. oil |
2 ½ c. sugar |
| 4 eggs | 6 T. buttermilk |
| 3 or 4 bananas (mashed, ripe) | 2 ½ c. self-rising flour |
| 2 tsp. vanilla extract | 1
c. pecans, chopped |
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs, beating well. Add buttermilk, bananas and flour. Blend well. Add pecans and vanilla. Mix well. Bake in 3 aluminum loaf pans for 1 ½ hours at 300 degrees.
