LAST REGULAR MONTHLY MEETING MINUTES:

Some important items noted by Zack:

We are participating in the Texas Rotorcraft Association's Gyroplane Get-Together on Saturday, April 23 at the Olney Airport. Bill Martin and Charlie Young are firm to do some R/C demo flights, and all members are invited to bring an airplane and do some flying. Richard Herndon is coordinating this, so if you plan to be there and need info, contact him at rherndon@brazosnet.com.

The Fun-Fly is set for May 7. A work day is scheduled for Saturday, April 30 to get the field ready. Bring rakes, brooms, weedeaters, shovels. Following the field prep, we will conduct a practice session for the new contest we will have on May 7 called Fighter Attack. Bring a .40 size airplane and join in.

On Friday, May 6, around 5 pm, we will meet at the field for any last-minute field preparation (tables, chairs, parking cones, transmitter rack, etc.). All help will be appreciated. This final prep work shouldn't take too long.

NEW GRCF WEB SITE ADDRESS UPDATE

GRCF HATS AND SHIRTS

We have hats and polo shirts with GRCF logo embroirdered on them. They are light grey and display our logo nicely. Also some patches of the logo that can be sewn onto anything but these will not be available until later this month. Shirts are $20 and hats $8. Patches are $5. Contact Glenda at Zack's offices (549-0436) to arrange for pick up or can do at a regular meeting. Note that it is cash on delivery.
