ELECTION OF OFFICERS

Next term (2 years) officers will be elected at the December 14 meeting. All interested send emails to club members. An easy way to do that is to go to our web site and on the lower left corner click on "All Members" and your default email program should pop up with the membership emails in the TO box.

Below is a replaca of the note Zack sent out the other day.

Please note that we didn't elect officers. We set the election for the December 14 meeting, which will also be a club Christmas party. Details will be announced as plans firm up. If anyone is interested in running for office, let everyone know (email, phone call, etc.). Bill Martin and I have to step down as Vice-President and President (per the Bylaws), so we must elect new faces to fill those two slots. Secretary-Treasurer and Safety Officer can succeed themselves, so Brad Brock and I are eligible to "re-up" for those slots, if so inclined. I am willing to stay on as Sec.-Treas., if that is the will of the club, but if anyone wants the position, I am most happy to step aside!

Mark your calendars for the December 14 meeting, and bring your family and any potential members.

NEED EDITOR OF GRCF WEB SITE

Since I will be moving and as mentioned in the minutes of the Nov 2 meeting, the GRCF needs someone to take over the web site. Anyone interested can contact me and we can discuss details on what is needed. I will porvide copy of all files and train you if needed.

GRCF HATS AND SHIRTS

!!!!! Reduced !!!!! To encourage club members to purchase and wear GRCF Club shirts and hats, prices are being dropped substantially (below cost). Consider supporting and advertising our club by wearing Club gear when attending any R/C activity.

We have hats and polo shirts with GRCF logo embroirdered on them. They are light grey and display our logo nicely. Also some patches of the logo that can be sewn onto anything but these will not be available until later this month. Shirts are $20 and hats $8. Patches are $5. Contact Glenda at Zack's offices (549-0436) to arrange for pick up or can do at a regular meeting. Note that it is cash on delivery.
