The annual Christmas party of Graham R/C Flyers was held on Monday, December 10, 2001at Faith Center AG Family Life Center. President Jackson called the business meeting to order at 7:15 p.m.
Attending were members Zack Burkett, III, Roger Robinson, Dick Rovnyak, Bob Castor, Lloyd McAfee, Bill Martin, William Martin and President Jackson. Guests: Mary Castor, Judith Ann Rovnyak, Karen Martin, Charlie and Barbara Young, Diane McAfee and Al and Lenora Foell.
Following self-introductions, the following business was conducted.
COMMITTEE REPORTS
Events Committee: President Jackson reported on the meeting of the committee on Sunday, December 2 at the flying field. Events for 2002 were discussed at the 12-2 meeting, along with possible improvements to the field for the spring events. Contests, raffles etc. were also discussed. Castor is to give a full committee report at the January 14, 2002 regular monthly meeting.
The business portion of the meeting was adjourned at 7:30 p.m. The group then enjoyed finger foods, drinks and a video presentation by Bob Castor about the AMA.
The Christmas party concluded at 8:30 p.m.
