General Flying Field Rules for LakeSide AirPark
In event of an emergency, call 911 on a cell phone
and provide location info as
the R/C flying field across from the Graham Country
Club on Farm Road 61
1) Obey AMA flying rules as well as those for this field.
2) The safety of Pit Spectators and assistants are the responsibility of the associated pilot.
3) Post frequency board ID before turning on transmitter or receiver and remove ID at end of flying (except when there is a transmitter impound in effect).
4) Start engines at the pilot station or use the general pre-flight start-up area. If in the pit area, please start engines (tail towards runway) and slightly in front of your area.
5) Fly from a designated pilot station and maintain a flight pattern consistent with other aircraft.
6) Helicopter pilots should select one of the end stations and maintain craft above or east of runway unless otherwise directed.
7) Do not take off, fly over, land or taxi into the pit, parking or spectator areas.
8) Dead stick, glider and helicopter craft have the right of way.
9) Pilot or assistant calls all take off, landing, on-the-runway and dead sticks.
10) Clean up your pit area before leaving.
