President Ernie Jackson initiated the GRCF committees as a means to efficiently and effectively accomplish the needed support actions of our club. By assigning responsibility to these groups, it is believed that members will know specific vital tasks they can perform to make our club successful and meaningful. Committee chairmen are to take the innitiative to determine detailed actions of their responsibility and with the aid of their members to either perform the tasks or bring recommendations to the club for condideration/approvals as the case may be.
All members are requested to participate in one of them. Existing members were solicited for their preferred activities and those that responded were assigned to their choice. Some members did not respond to the offers and they were assigned to areas that needed help in a way considered to be most suitable to what was known about them. New members will be given the opportunity to choose a committee at time of acceptance into the club.
Field Committee: Marny Ignacio named to chair. Members are: Oliver Watson, Kyle Thoma and Doc Dockstader.
Events Committee: Bob Castor named to chair this committee. Committee members are: Dick Rovnyak, Bill Martin, Zack Burkett, and Brad Brock.
Membership Committee: Zack Burkett named as chairman, Committee members are: Jim Roberts.
Introductory Pilot Committee: Chairman, Ernie Jackson. Members are: Zack Burkett, Bill Martin.
Public Relations Committee: Dick Rovnyak named chairman. Members are: Marney Ignacio, and Brad Brock.
